Response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

We know the growing concern around COVID-19 has everyone feeling uneasy, especially as we face more changes to our daily routines. At JCS, the safety of our employees and their families is always our primary concern. In an effort to keep our customers informed, we would like to provide some details regarding our business continuity plan.

  • We are maintaining our normal work schedules; however, employees are working remotely where possible.
  • At this time, we are limiting air travel, and only providing service travel to critical issues on a case by case basis.
  • Our office will remain open with minimum staff onsite.
  • We are taking added precautions by wiping down and disinfecting all common areas on a daily basis. 
  • We are currently scheduling web meetings when possible and limiting the number of meetings in the office. Only those who must participate should be included.

At this time, none of our employees are ill. We are continuing to watch the situation and as it changes, we will update you on necessary information as needed. As always, at JCS we are here to help!
