Rochester has thousands of small companies, but the gems are far and few between. We offer our employees rich benefit plans with a generous contribution towards premiums (currently 70%). We have three medical plans, one of which is a traditional co-pay plan, which most companies have eliminated as an option. And, the cherry on the top of our High Deductible Health Plans is that JCS still contributes to each’s person’s HSA – another thing that we’re proud of.
