JCS Process & Control Systems announced that its Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Philip R Frechette has decided to retire from his day-to-day responsibilities with the company effective January 1, 2022. Additionally, Phil will continue in his role as JCS Chairman of the Board for the foreseeable future.
On behalf of the Board of Directors, the Executive & Management teams, and JCS employees, we want to thank Phil for his leadership and dedication to the Mission, Vision and Values of JCS. He has had meaningful impact on the Food, Dairy, and Beverage Industry and those who he worked with over his more than three decades of service with JCS, and fifty five years in Industry.
Led by faith in his lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, Phil has guided the company since it was founded in 1988. During his tenure, he led the advancement of several technologies in product standardization, aseptic processing, and advanced control strategies for the Food and Beverage Industries. In addition, Phil has been instrumental in JCS’s growth strategy, including key partnerships in international markets. The JCS team is grateful to Phil for his leadership and dedication to JCS and wishes him nothing but the best in the next chapter of his life.
