Greg Frechette
President
With 35+ years of experience in the F&B processing industry, Greg oversees the complete operation of the company and ensures all goals are met based on the company's strategic plans. Greg lives in Rochester, NY with his family, and enjoys his leisure time doing some fishing, hunting, or traveling with his relatives.
David Stoklosa
VP of Sales & Marketing
David is the VP of Sales and Marketing at JCS and has 37 years of experience in industry across multiple disciplines. David is an alum of the University at Buffalo (Chem Eng) and University of Rochester (Simon School of Business).He enjoys life in Victor, NY with his wife and 4 adult children, loves the Bills, golfing, and landscaping.
Robert Veitch
VP of Engineering
Robert Veitch is the VP of Engineering at JCS. Joining JCS in 2003, Robert has more than 18 years of experience innovating, engineering, problem solving and developing commercial products for to the food & beverage industry. Robert oversees the Engineering teams of JCS, including panel and skid fabrication and the pre-project engineering team.
Jamie Niederhofer
Director of Finance
As Director of Finance Jamie is responsible for all of the company’s financial functions. Her career spans over 20 years of experience in auditing and financial management. Prior to joining JCS in 2018, Jamie was a senior management level auditor and served in various financial roles for publicly traded and private companies. Jamie lives in Brockport, NY and enjoys spending time outdoors with her daughter and family.
Randy Straub
Software Engineering Manager
Randy Straub graduated from RIT with a BA in Mechanical Engineering Technology. After joining JCS full time in 1998 as a service technician, he now serves as Software Engineering Manager; overseeing a team of PLC, HMI, and Database developers. He lives 45 minutes east of Rochester with his wife and their 4 daughters. When he’s not engineering ones and zeros, he can be found performing around the Finger Lakes in his acoustic duo Slo -N- EZ.
Jason Sorge
Mechanical Engineering Manager
Jason Sorge graduated from RIT with a BA in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Technology. After joining JCS full time in 2003 as a Mechanical Engineer, he now serves as Mechanical Engineering Manager. He lives 30 minutes south of Rochester with his wife and their 2 sons. When he’s not at work he enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and helping coach his sons’ basketball and soccer teams.
Greg Wright
Electrical Engineering Manager
Joining JCS in 2014, Greg has more than 25 years of experience innovating, engineering, problem solving and developing commercial and consumer products related to the food & beverage industry. He has been awarded multiple patents for equipment controls. He understands the international engineering mindset having led engineering teams in China, India, Europe, Mexico and the US.
Shauna Traxler
Project Manager
Shauna joined JCS in 2016 as a Field Service Engineer, moving to Project Management in 2018. She graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and MS in Management, Product and Service Development. With over 10 years of engineering and field experience, Shauna uses that knowledge to manage multidisciplinary teams of engineers, fabricators, and contractors to execute projects that meet and exceed customer objectives while maintaining best practices and high quality standards.
Harry Williams
Account Manager
Harry Williams has 15 years of Food & Beverage manufacturing experience. Before joining JCS, Harry worked as an Operations Manager with a top processing milk and plant-based products company where he spent 10 years helping grow the business through continuous improvement activities. Harry has extensive knowledge in both UHT/fluid processing and operational leadership activities within manufacturing. At JCS, Harry works on fostering existing customer relationships, as well as building new partnerships with customers while working from his home office in East Central Indiana.
Robert Russell
Account Manager
Bob is an Account Manager at JCS. Bob has over 30 years of experience in the food and dairy processing industries with tenures at different F&B processing companies. Bob has a degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York at Oneonta and works out of his home office in the New York City area.
Trevor DuPont
Director of Human Resources
Trevor DuPont has been with JCS since May 2023. Previously, Trevor has worked in various HR roles in manufacturing over the past few years and his most notable experience came opening stores in Europe for Abercrombie & Fitch from 2011-2013.Trevor currently lives in Fairport with his wife and two cats. He enjoys CrossFit, golf, and traveling.
Christina Duran
Accounting Manager
Christina Duran is the Accounting Manager at JCS. She graduated from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She joined JCS in 2019 and brings with her over 15 years of experience in finance. Christina lives in Rochester, NY with her husband and two boys. When she is not engrossed in numbers, she loves gardening and watching her son’s lacrosse games.
Manny Madden
Mechanical Fabrication Manager
After my 5 and a half years in the ARMY I joined JCS in 2017 as an entry level welder with an urge to learn. When I’m not at JCS I enjoy the outdoors spending time hunting and fishing. I also enjoy traveling with my family. My life is filled with kids sports, family trips, home renovation project and everything in between.
Walter Halfmann
Manager of Project Management
Walter is the Manager of Project Management at JCS. Responsible for managing the Project Management team. Helping to implement and ensure robust Project Management practices. Walter brings over 25 years of Operations Management in the Medical Device, Automation, and Training industries. Walter lives a half hour south of Rochester, and enjoys being outside and active.
Mike Baker
Field Service Manager
With over 30 years of experience in the OEM industrial food and beverage production manufacturing space, Mike serves as JCS’ Field Service Manager – leveraging a prolific record of advanced electrical, mechanical, and process control knowledge within diverse manufacturing environments. He holds various certifications, including a First-Class Stationary Engineer License and a LSS Black Belt. Mike lives in Pittsford with his two daughters and enjoys golf, fishing, and the Buffalo Bills in his free time.
