Who attends the JCS Food and Beverage Forum?

The 2019 JCS Food and Beverage Forum is a 2 and a half day event that brings high and low acid beverage food processors together to gain valuable information on the latest trends and challenges in product standardization and processing, shelf-life extension, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), and food safety.

This is the place to connect and network with industry experts presenting essential solutions and educational sessions on a variety of topics for food and beverage processors. This forum will also provide an opportunity to stimulate the exchange of ideas and enable participants to grasp the latest developments in different areas of food and beverage processing.

The event will start on Tuesday, Sept. 17th with an afternoon golf tournament, followed by a welcome reception. On Wednesday, Sept. 18th most of the presentations will take place during the morning and the afternoon, followed by a dinner. Lastly, on Thursday, Sept. 19th we will have several presentations during the morning and the event will finish at noon.
